The Internet is an ever more integral part of our lives around the world. This changes everything from how we do business, what we use to do business and how we communicate.

Did you know that 90% of people on the call are not paying attention to you? This isn't something I plucked out of the air just to try to make you believe me. Are you a staunch teleconference believer?
